5-Minute Healthy Sautéed Summer Squash

WHFoods: 5-Minute Healthy Sautéed Summer Squash

I modified this recipe a little. I used a bit more vegetable broth and sauteed for about 2 minutes each side. I made the dressing as written, but sprinkled ground walnuts on top instead of sunflower seeds. I did not use parmesian cheese. I only used a TAD of olive oil!
